Shipping policy

How shipping works at Haven North.

Every order is prepared within 1–2 business days. Your items ship from our supplier warehouses in North America, and most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering. Occasionally an order takes a little longer — if yours hasn't arrived within 12 business days, contact us and we will make it right.

Cost: Shipping is free on orders over $60 CAD. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises after.

Tracking: The moment your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Duties: Orders shipped within Canada and from our US warehouses are sent duties-paid — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is never a bill at your door.
