Refund policy

Our promise: if it isn't right, we make it right.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition. Email us first at maruvadanassociates@gmail.com — we'll confirm the details before you send anything. Please don't mail items without contacting us; we can't process returns we don't know about.

For many smaller items, we'll simply refund you and let you keep or donate the item — no trip to the post office. We'll tell you right away if yours qualifies.

For larger items, we'll ask you to send it to our Canadian returns address (confirmed by email when you contact us). Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

Arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? That's on us, always. Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll refund or replace it right away — you won't ship anything back and you won't pay a cent.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once your return or photo is approved, we process your refund within 10 business days (and always within 15 days). We'll email you when it's done.

A note on hygiene and safety items: for health reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned for change of mind — but the damaged/defective promise above always applies, no exceptions.
