Fewer things, better made. We sell a short list of products on purpose. Every item in this store passed three checks before it earned its page:
1. We chose the supplier, not the price. The cheapest version of anything is the one we rejected first.
2. We held it in our hands. Every product was ordered, unboxed and tested by us in Mississauga before it was listed. If it felt cheap, it never reached this store.
3. We keep watching. If a product starts drawing quality complaints, it comes down — not on sale, down.
We don't make medical claims, and we don't sell anything we'd hesitate to send to our own parents' homes. That's the whole standard.
