How shipping works at Haven North.
Every order is prepared within 1–2 business days. Your items ship from our supplier warehouses in North America. Expected delivery after preparation: 3–7 business days in the United States and 4–8 business days in Canada. Occasionally an order takes a little longer — if yours hasn't arrived within 12 business days of ordering, contact us and we will make it right.
Cost: Shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises after.
Tracking: The moment your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.
Duties: Orders are sent duties-paid — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is never a bill at your door.
