Orders ship from our supplier warehouses in North America.
How long does delivery take?
Every order is prepared within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery takes 3–7 business days in the United States and 4–8 business days in Canada.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $75 CAD. Below that, a flat fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
The moment your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 60 days — we will refund or replace it right away, and you won't ship anything back.
What if I change my mind?
You have 60 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition. Email or call us first and we'll confirm the details.
Do you charge duties?
No — orders are sent duties-paid, so there is never a bill at your door.
